Job summary

WestCare Georgia Inc. is seeking a Research Assistant to maintain the Clinical Database System (CDS), track clients, and conduct follow-up assessments. You will score assessments, enter data, and help with data quality and reporting.

The role requires data collection proficiency, familiarity with SPSS/Excel, and the ability to work in a team environment. Prior experience in research or evaluation is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Counseling, Criminal Justice, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• At least 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Office required
• Familiarity with data collection tools and ability to create databases in Excel/SPSS

Responsibilities

• Maintain Clinical Database System (CDS) and track clients.
• Score assessments and enter data into databases.
• Enter results of evaluation tools into CDS.
• Conduct chart audits and focus groups as needed.
• Produce reports for Program Director and executives.
• Assist leadership with Performance Improvement activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
