WestCare Foundation in Christiansted, VI is seeking a Data Coordinator to track and follow up with clients, manage admissions/discharges, and support program evaluation activities. The role includes electronic record control, QA, and data entry across GPRA/SAIS systems.
Qualified applicants will have at least a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred), 1+ year data-entry experience, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent communication and organization are essential in a fast-paced setting.

Salary Range: $17.11 - $17.11 Hourly
Responsible for tracking and follow up of clients in order to maintain an 80% follow up rate. Responsible for the administration of admissions, discharge and follow up assessments. Responsible for other program evaluation activities. Electronic Record Control- Enters knowledge assessments and other project data into the computer system. Assist Project Supervisors or Project Coordinator with quality assurance processes.
Certifications/Licenses:Education:Minimum High School Diploma, bachelor’s degree in a social service field, preferred. Must have at least one year experience collecting and entering data and one year experience in working with substance using and/or mental health clients. Should have excellent language and interpersonal skills and well organized in work habits. Strong verbal and written skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office software.Experience and Competencies:
Requires mobility and physical activity. Having an adequate range of body motion and mobility, to work in the office environment including standing and walking (even and uneven surfaces) to interact with co-workers in the office environment, sitting for extended periods of time, bending, twisting, reaching, balancing, occasional lifting and carrying of up to 30 pounds. Constant use of a computer and telephone system is required, which includes coordination of eye and hand, and fine manipulation by the hands (typing, writing, and working with files). Requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle.Requires talking: Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word.
