Responsibilities

• Maintain Clinical Database System (CDS) and collect baseline, discharge, and follow-up data
• Enter results into statistical databases and monitor data quality
• Conduct basic statistical analyses and generate reports for leadership
• Prepare and maintain research files and logs
• Support program evaluation activities and performance improvement initiatives
• Coordinate data collection across multiple locations and teams
• Assist staff and clinicians as needed to ensure data accuracy and integrity
