Job summary

Equus is seeking a RESEA Lead in Tyler, TX to provide leadership and coaching to RESEA staff, ensuring program compliance and strong service delivery. The role reports to the Business Services Manager and involves overseeing outreach, staff performance, and enrollment processes within the RESEA program.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree with at least two years in Workforce Services, preferably RESEA, and strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.
• At least two years of progressive Workforce Service experience with RESEA preferred.
• Familiarity with Work in Texas and related laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to RESEA staff to meet performance and quality targets.
• Oversee outreach, compliance, and enrollment processes for RESEA program.
• Coordinate activities of RESEA staff to ensure needs are met or exceeded.
• Perform internal audits to assure staff compliance and assist with training.
