Job summary

Career Team is seeking a RESEA Coordinator to deliver career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services to RESEA participants referred through unemployment benefits. You will support jobseekers toward employment, training, or education and help them achieve financial stability.

The role involves leading workshops, guiding IEP development, and maintaining precise documentation across required systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 1-2 years of work experience.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge about community resources.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to make well-thought-out decisions.
• Able to work with diverse participants and be culturally sensitive.
• Must be computer literate with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; able to learn databases.

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to RESEA participants.
• Lead RESEA workshops and orientations for participants.
• Enter data into Work In Texas and other required systems.
• Guide jobseekers through individual employment plans (IEP).
• Counsel clients on job opportunities, training programs, and services.
• Refer individuals to appropriate services and follow up on activities.
• Maintain compliant eligibility documentation and case files.
• Meet or exceed program benchmarks.
• Participate in staff meetings and required training.
