Equus Workforce Solutions is seeking a RESEA Case Manager in El Paso, TX to deliver integrated workforce planning for career center customers and help develop employment plans. You will maintain contact with customers and service providers to support job seekers toward employment and skill advancement.

Responsibilities include interviewing clients, coaching for effective self-presentation, developing placement plans, coordinating with providers, and maintaining detailed case notes and reports.

Responsabilités

• Interview customers to assess service needs and opportunities.
• Coach customers to present themselves effectively for employment.
• Develop and implement individual employment/placement plans and referrals.
• Visit customers at homes or training sites as needed.
• Document interactions with well-written case notes and reports.
• Coordinate with service providers and manage a caseload.
