Job summary

Peraton is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support SITEC-3 for USSOCOM, located at Fort Bragg, NC. You will bridge business needs and IT solutions, analyze processes, gather requirements, and support ServiceNow implementations and ITSM improvements.

The ideal candidate has DoD TS with SCI clearance, strong communication, and project management experience, with ITIL foundations or PMP/CAPM certifications viewed favorably.

Qualifications

• BS + 8 years of experience OR MS + 6 years of experience OR HS with +12 years of experience OR AA with +10 years of experience.
• DoD TS w/ SCI clearance is required.
• ITIL Foundations OR CAPM, PMP certifications are highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical problems and develop corrective actions.
• Analyze and define systems, functions, processes and user needs.
• Develop technical solutions to meet operational requirements leveraging IT capabilities.
• Lead projects to update and modernize existing systems based on changes in policy or strategy.
• Create documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides to enhance acceptance.
