Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical problems and develop corrective actions.
• Analyze and define systems, functions, process and user needs.
• Design technical solutions to meet operational requirements using a broad set of tools and services.
• Develop policies to transition solutions from concept to operations.
• Lead projects to modernize existing systems based on changes in needs or strategy.
• Create documentation such as policies, workflows, and user guides.
• Map ITSM processes and perform gap analyses to identify improvements using ITIL/Lean frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit needs, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and serviceNow specs.
• Assist in setting up workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Configuration, and Knowledge Management.
• Lead design sessions and act as liaison between business units, IT, and development teams.
• Participate in UAT, develop test cases, and create training materials for end-users.

Responsibilities

Peraton requires Requirements Analysts to support the Special Operation Command Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) - 3.

Position is located at Fort Bragg, NC.

The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract(SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provideUSSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs),and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain NetworkOperations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user andcommon device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conducttraining, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.

The Requirements Analyst must be an excellent analytical thinker and problem solver, as well as effective communicator. The Requirements Analyst bridges business needs and technical solutions, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting applications to optimize IT service management. The Requirements Analyst must have a broad understanding of and experience working with translating requirements into operational solutions. Since this position works closely with colleagues in other departments, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Project management experience and a strong technical and functional knowledge of the Government's preferred Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions are a plus. The Requirements Analyst must also have a thorough understanding of process improvement. The Analyst shall perform its work in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, directives, and industry best practices.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Identifying business and technical problems and developing corrective actions or improvements, ensuring solutions are technically sound and aligned with Enterprise capabilities and practices
• Analyzing and defining systems, functions, process and user needs
• Developing and designing technical solutions to meet unique operational requirements, leveraging a broad array of technical capabilities, tools, and services
• Developing and recommending policies and procedures to transition solutions from concept, through planning, to operations
• Leading projects to update and modernize existing systems based on changes in operational need, policy, or organizational strategy
• Creating documentation such as policies, procedures, workflows, and user guides to enhance user acceptance and system integration
• Conduct organizational studies, map current ITSM processes, and perform gap analyses to identify improvement opportunities using frameworks like ITIL and Lean
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit business needs, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications for ServiceNow solutions
• Assist in setting up workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports; ensure solutions align with business objectives
• Provide expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Configuration, and Knowledge Management
• Lead technical solution design sessions, communicate project status, and serve as a liaison between business units, IT, and development teams
• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and create training materials for end-users

Qualifications

Required

Highly Desired

• ITIL Foundations OR Project+ OR Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certifications or Project Management Professional (PMP)

Target Salary Range

$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
