Job summary

Peraton seeks a Requirements Analyst at Fort Bragg to support SITEC-3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance. The role bridges business needs and IT solutions, translating requirements into actionable services while collaborating with multiple stakeholders across departments and defense commands.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical and communication skills, a background in IT service management, and familiarity with ERP solutions and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• BS + 8 years of experience OR MS + 6 years OR HS + 12 years OR AA + 10 years.
• DoD TS with SCI clearance is required.
• Experience translating requirements into operational IT solutions.
• Project management experience and knowledge of ERP solutions are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical problems and develop corrective actions.
• Analyze and define systems, functions and user needs.
• Design technical solutions to meet operational requirements using a broad set of tools.
• Develop and recommend policies to transition solutions from concept to operations.
• Lead projects to update and modernize existing systems based on changing needs.
• Create documentation such as policies, procedures and user guides.
• Map ITSM processes and perform gap analyses to identify improvements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit needs and create user stories and specs for ServiceNow.
• Assist in setting up workflows, dashboards, and reports; ensure alignment with objectives.
• Provide expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Configuration and Knowledge Management.
• Lead design sessions and communicate project status with stakeholders.
• Participate in UAT, develop test cases, and create end-user training materials.
