The purpose of the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract(SITEC) 3 Enterprise Operations and Maintenance (EOM) Task Order (TO) is to provideUSSOCOM, its Component Commands, its Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOCs),and its deployed forces with Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services to maintain NetworkOperations (NetOps); maintain systems and network infrastructure; provide end user andcommon device support; provide configuration, change, license, and asset management; conducttraining, and perform Install, Move, Add, Change (IMACs) services. The responsibilities and tasks associated with each requirement play a pivotal role to USSOCOM, the CIO/J6 organization, and ultimately the end-user who operate around the globe 24x7x365.
The Requirements Analyst must be an excellent analytical thinker and problem solver, as well as effective communicator. The Requirements Analyst bridges business needs and technical solutions, analyzing processes, gathering requirements, and supporting applications to optimize IT service management. The Requirements Analyst must have a broad understanding of and experience working with translating requirements into operational solutions. Since this position works closely with colleagues in other departments, strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Project management experience and a strong technical and functional knowledge of the Government's preferred Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions are a plus. The Requirements Analyst must also have a thorough understanding of process improvement. The Analyst shall perform its work in accordance with policies, procedures, regulations, directives, and industry best practices.
