Peraton is seeking a Requirements Analyst to support SITEC-3 at Fort Bragg, NC. The role focuses on translating business needs into operational IT solutions, bridging gaps between stakeholders and technical teams while ensuring alignment with ERP-related processes and ITIL/Lean practices.

Qualifications

• BS with 8+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years; alternative HS with 12+ years or AA with 10+ years.
• DoD TS w/ SCI clearance is required.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify business and technical problems and develop corrective actions.
• Analyze and define systems, functions, process and user needs.
• Design technical solutions to meet operational requirements using a broad set of tools and services.
• Develop policies to transition solutions from concept to operations.
• Lead projects to modernize existing systems based on changes in needs or strategy.
• Create documentation such as policies, workflows, and user guides.
• Map ITSM processes and perform gap analyses to identify improvements using ITIL/Lean frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit needs, create user stories, acceptance criteria, and serviceNow specs.
• Assist in setting up workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Provide expertise in Incident, Change, Problem, Asset, Configuration, and Knowledge Management.
• Lead design sessions and act as liaison between business units, IT, and development teams.
• Participate in UAT, develop test cases, and create training materials for end-users.
