Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient service while handling fees and donations per guidelines.
• Conduct patient education and informed consent counseling.
• Prepare patients for visits and assist with examinations as needed.
• Manage front desk tasks: check-in, phones, insurance verification, billing, and EMR data entry.
• Verify patient information, document medical history and vital signs.
• Counsel patients on options after pregnancy (parenting, adoption, abortion).
• Support care delivery by assisting health care providers during exams and lab work.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle end-of-day deposits.
