Qualifications

• H/S Diploma or equivalent; 1 year in customer service, healthcare, or social services; advanced degree may substitute for up to 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients, check-in/out, gather medical history, and update charts accurately.
• Provide patient education about services and medications in a compassionate, non-judgmental manner.
• Assist with consent forms, exams, injections, and lab testing as directed by clinicians.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas, stock supplies, and ensure proper equipment operation.
• Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA and clinic policies at all times.
