RRD in Los Angeles is seeking an Office Service Associate to provide daily back office services for our client and teams, including reprographics and mail in both physical and digital environments, with support for hospitality, facilities, AV, reception, and other Williams Lea service lines as needed. The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.88 - $24.28/ hour.

Competenze

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of office services experience, preferably in a legal, banking or large corporate environment.
• Proficient with mail, phone, email, digital reprographics and mail equipment.
• Familiar with general back office procedures to meet client satisfaction.
• Proven customer service skills to maintain relationships.
• Good written and verbal communication with professional telephone and email etiquette.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and complete projects in a timely manner.
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential documents.

• Utilize logs for all office services work.
• Ensure job tickets are filled out before starting work.
• Perform duties in office services, mainly reprographics, mail and intake.
• Follow procedures to run jobs in proper order.
• Communicate with supervisor or client about deadlines.
• Meet contracted deadlines for accepting, completing and delivering work.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment problems.
• Handle up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
• Prioritize workflow and perform quality assurance.
• Load machines with paper, toner and supplies.

• Adhere to company and client policies; use equipment cost-effectively.
