Job summary

Disabled Veteran Solutions (DVS) is seeking passionate Customer Care Advisors to join our remote Customer Service Division. This full-time, remote position offers 100% work-from-home with schedules Monday through Friday, eight-hour shifts between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM ET, plus a comprehensive 7-week orientation and ongoing support.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), at least 1 year in insurance operations or remote roles, strong listening and problem-solving

The Mission

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-time, remote

Requirements

• Proficiency with various web-based platforms and tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneNote.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in healthcare, insurance, social work, or mental health
• Familiarity with medical terminology and health benefit plans
• Proven success in remote customer facing role, especially in complex, high-volume environments

• Pay: $18.00/hour starting rate / $19.00/hour starting rate for bilingual candidates; plus bonus opportunities.

Salary: $18 - $19 per hour
