Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Delaware is seeking a responsible Casino Cashier support role to handle cash boxes, operate drop and counting equipment, and assist in deposits. The position requires attention to detail, good English communication, and strict adherence to security procedures.

Responsibilities include moving cash, counting currency, and packaging funds for deposit while delivering courteous service. Weekend, holiday, and night availability is essential; DE Gaming License will be required

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must pass a background check and obtain a DE Gaming License.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, nights, and overtime as needed.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write English.

Responsibilities

• Removes cash boxes and opens bill changer units using keys.
• Places alternate empty cash boxes into bill changers.
• Transports all collected cash boxes to the Cash Room.
• Operates currency counting equipment to count currency from cash boxes.
• Packages currency into preset amounts for deposits by Cashiers' Cage.
• Complies with key control procedures.
• Provides exceptional customer service as applicable.
• Follows all safety rules and regulations.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
• Follows policies and performs other duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities:

• Removes cash boxes and opens bill changer units using operations and security keys.
• Places set of alternate empty cash boxes into bill changers.
• Transports all collected cash boxes using towing equipment to the Cash Room.
• Operates automated currency counting equipment to count and process currency removed from the cash boxes and table game drop boxes.
• Responsible for packaging currency into predetermined amounts for later use by the Cashiers' Cage for the deposit
• Complies with key control procedures
• Provides exceptional customer service as applicable
• Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures
• Performs other duties as assigned

Work Environment:

• Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and nights as schedule
