Job summary

Bally's Corporation in Dover, Delaware, is seeking energetic casino dealers to join our table games team. You will be trained to deal at least one core game and one novelty game, provide fast, personalized service, and create memorable experiences for players.

The role requires high school education, the ability to pass a background check and obtain a Delaware gaming license, and willingness to work weekends, holidays and nights.

Responsibilities

• Deal 1 core game (Blackjack, Paigow, Roulette, Craps, or Baccarat) and 1 novelty game (Three Card Poker, Heads Up Hold'em, Cajun Stud, or High Card Flush).
• Provide fast, flawless, personalized customer service to players.
• Create memorable service experiences and a fun-filled environment for players.
• Explain the rules of the game to players and conduct games according to procedures.
• Compute pay-off odds, collect bets, exchange cash for gaming chips, and conduct buy-ins.
• Audit and complete fills and credits on table games; ensure game security.
• Inform Floor Supervisor/Box about requests or unusual play; adhere to cash handling procedures.
• Issue the proper amount of gaming chips after credit authorization; comply with policies and regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding customer play; communicate with coworkers and guests.
• Work safely following all safety rules; perform other duties as assigned.

• By the end of the training period, you must be able to successfully deal 1 core game (Blackjack, Paigow, Roulette, Craps, or Baccarat) and 1 novelty game (Three Card Poker, Heads Up Hold'em, Cajun Stud, or High Card Flush).
• Provides fast, flawless, personalized customer service to our players.
• Creates memorable service experiences and a fun-filled environment for our players.
• Facilitates the game and explains the rules of the game to our players.
• Conducts assigned game according to procedures; computes pay-off odds to pay winning bets and collect losing bets.
• Exchanges cash for gaming chips according to procedures (buy-in transactions).
• Audits and completes fills and credits on the table games.
• Ensures game security.
• Informs the Floor Supervisor and /or Box person of any requests or unusual play.
• Issues the proper amount of gaming chips to players after completion of the credit authorization procedures.
• Adheres to established cash handling and accounting procedures.
• Complies with all departmental and company policies as well as all established regulations.
• Maintains confidentiality regarding customer play.
• Works safely, following all established safety rules and regulations.
• Communicates effectively with co-workers, supervisors and guests.
• Follows all relevant policies and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Target Salary Range

• $15.00/hr
