Mey's Insurance Services in Jurupa Valley, CA seeks a bilingual insurance customer service representative to quote and sell personal line policies.

You will handle inbound calls, answer questions, process quotes, changes, renewals and cancellations, and advise clients on coverage options while maintaining accurate records and complying with regulations.

Qualifications

• Perfsonal Line Insurance experience preferred.
• California insurance license is a plus.
• Spanish speaking required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in basic computer skills and insurance software.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused attitude with a passion for helping others.
• Previous experience in customer service or insurance industry preferred.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be available for rotating Saturday work
