Role includes on-site duties, training, and opportunities for advancement across our brands. Requires Spanish/English fluency, high school diploma, and strong communication skills; weekend availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Spanish/English) required to connect with customers and the community.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system with precision.
• Assist in outreach and community events to promote services.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with security and opening/closing procedures.
