Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a friendly Storage Customer Service Representative in Pasadena, TX, for a part-time role. You will greet customers, explain rental terms, show units, and process contracts while supporting the site manager and maintaining clean, secure storage spaces.

Strong communication and a willingness to work weekends/holidays are required; bilingual skills are a plus but not mandatory. U-Haul offers on-the-job education and comprehensive benefits when eligible.

Qualifications

• Driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage customers.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist site manager with facility operations.
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers.
• Show storage units, explain rental terms and prepare rental contracts.
• Ensure vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and ready for new customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
