Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a supportive team and be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan technology, and help move and inspect equipment.

The role includes preparing invoices and handling returns, with on-site duties at our Illinois locations. Minimum qualifications include a valid driver’s license and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Prepare rental invoices and process returned equipment.
