U-Haul is seeking a friendly Customer Service Representative in Mesa to be the face of our exceptional service. You will assist customers, use U-Scan tech to manage rentals, and help with inspections and equipment handling on-site.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service is a plus.
• Able to assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center.
• Comfort using smartphone-based tools to manage rentals and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment on the lot, including fluids.
• Explain products and services to customers; prepare rental invoices.
