Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a friendly, motivated team. You will be the face of our service, helping customers with products, managing rentals via U-Scan, and ensuring equipment is ready and safe for use.

This on-site role in Oklahoma includes training, certification opportunities, and ongoing education. The position offers paid hands-on interviews, a $100 hiring bonus, and a $300 cash bonus after completing equipment inspection and verification.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
• Willingness to learn and operate new technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers about products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
