Job summary

Qualifications

5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in data, reporting, CRM/ITSM, or enterprise transformation programs.
Proven experience in stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination across business and technology teams.
Experience supporting reporting/data transformation, system migration, or large-scale rationalization initiatives.
Working knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake/cloud data platforms, and enterprise reporting concepts.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong client-facing, facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Lead stakeholder discovery and organize requirements for reporting transformation.
Define requirements, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios, and traceability.
Coordinate with Data Engineer/Architect and Reporting Analyst to protect downstream processes.
Maintain report inventories and ensure smooth Salesforce-to-ServiceNow migration.
Document and communicate business impacts to architects and engineers.
