Job summary

Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited seeks an experienced Data Architect to lead a critical reporting transformation. The role migrates reporting from Salesforce to ServiceNow, using Snowflake as the future data environment.

You will define target architecture, develop POCs, and establish a scalable framework to minimize business disruption. Required is a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 10–15 years of data architecture experience, strong SQL, and proficiency with Snowflake,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in data architecture, data modeling, and ELT/ETL patterns.
• Experience with large-scale data migrations and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical leadership for reporting transformation from Salesforce to ServiceNow with Snowflake as the data foundation.
• Assess current data structures and define the target architecture for scalable reporting.
• Develop proofs of concept using representative high-value reports.
• Establish a repeatable framework for data migration and reporting scalable across the organization.
• Ensure minimal disruption to downstream reporting and billing systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, client SMEs, and technical SMEs, and communicate decisions clearly.
