Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the reporting transformation from Salesforce to ServiceNow and Snowflake. You will coordinate stakeholders, organize requirements, and ensure critical reporting capabilities are preserved during the transition.

You will work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Reporting Analysts to define acceptance criteria, document processes, and maintain traceability in a fast-paced environment. Strong client-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

Project : Reporting Transformation | Salesforce to ServiceNow & Snowflake

Location : Onshore - Remote

About the Role:

The Business Analyst will help structure and coordinate the client's reporting transformation by driving stakeholder discovery, requirements organization, report ownership identification, and business-impact analysis. The role will work closely with client stakeholders, the Data Engineer/Architect, and Reporting Analyst to ensure critical reporting requirements and downstream business processes are protected throughout the Salesforce-to-ServiceNow transition.

• Strong understanding of data/reporting transformation initiatives, including reporting requirements, dependencies, criticality, and migration impacts.
• Working familiarity with the Salesforce, ServiceNow and Snowflake ecosystem and enterprise reporting concepts.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder mapping, report inventory structuring, and business-impact analysis.
• Experience defining business requirements, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios, decision logs, and traceability.
• Proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and reporting/data documentation practices.
• Highly organized and structured, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and activities within a fast-paced discovery engagement.
• Strong client-facing facilitation skills, able to engage report owners and drive timely decisions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, translating business needs clearly for architects, engineers, and reporting analysts.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing scope while maintaining focus on priorities and business outcomes.
• Risk-aware and outcome-focused, ensuring critical reporting and downstream processes are not disrupted during transition.

Required Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of Business Analyst experience in data, reporting, CRM/ITSM, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience in stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination across business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting reporting/data transformation, system migration, or large-scale rationalization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake/cloud data platforms, and enterprise reporting concepts; deep automotive expertise is not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong client-facing, facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills.
