Job summary

Keka Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to lead the reporting transformation from Salesforce to ServiceNow and Snowflake. You will coordinate stakeholders, organize requirements, and ensure critical reporting capabilities are preserved during the transition.

You will work closely with Data Engineers, Architects, and Reporting Analysts to define acceptance criteria, document processes, and maintain traceability in a fast-paced environment. Strong client-facing communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of BA experience in data, reporting or transformation.
• Experience with stakeholder discovery and documentation.
• Familiarity with Jira/Azure DevOps and Confluence/SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Structure reporting transformation requirements and ownership.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders across business and tech teams.
• Define acceptance criteria and UAT scenarios.
• Translate business needs for architects and engineers.
