Job summary

Keka Inc. seeks a Senior Reporting / Data Analyst to drive a large-scale migration from Salesforce to ServiceNow and Snowflake. You will analyze the reporting landscape, ownership, usage, dependencies and data models to identify high-value reports for the migration.

Collaborating with data engineers, architects and business analysts, you will establish repeatable approaches, map legacy requirements to the new environment, and document findings for stakeholders. This role is remote/onshore.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of experience as a Reporting Analyst, BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or Salesforce Reporting Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce reporting, SQL, Excel, and enterprise reporting environments.
• Experience with report inventory, rationalization, dependency analysis, reverse-engineering, and output reconciliation.
• Experience supporting large-scale reporting migration, system transformation, or reporting modernization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Snowflake and ServiceNow reporting (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Analyze client reporting landscape to support rationalization and migration from Salesforce to ServiceNow/Snowflake.
• Analyze report ownership, usage, criticality, source systems, objects, fields, logic and dependencies.
• Identify representative high-value reports for the POC and map legacy requirements to future environment.
• Collaborate with Data Engineer/Architect and Business Analyst to establish repeatable migration approach.
• Document findings clearly for stakeholders and escalate risks early.
• Own analysis-work packages independently.
