Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in data, reporting, CRM/ITSM, or enterprise transformation programs.
• Proven experience in stakeholder discovery, requirements gathering, documentation, and coordination across business and technology teams.
• Experience supporting reporting/data transformation, system migration, or large-scale rationalization initiatives.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake/cloud data platforms, and enterprise reporting concepts.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with strong client-facing, facilitation, documentation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder discovery and organize requirements for reporting transformation.
• Define requirements, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios, and traceability.
• Coordinate with Data Engineer/Architect and Reporting Analyst to protect downstream processes.
• Maintain report inventories and ensure smooth Salesforce-to-ServiceNow migration.
• Document and communicate business impacts to architects and engineers.

About the Role:

The Business Analyst will help structure and coordinate the client's reporting transformation by driving stakeholder discovery, requirements organization, report ownership identification, and business-impact analysis. The role will work closely with client stakeholders, the Data Engineer/Architect, and Reporting Analyst to ensure critical reporting requirements and downstream business processes are protected throughout the Salesforce-to-ServiceNow transition.

• Strong understanding of data/reporting transformation initiatives, including reporting requirements, dependencies, criticality, and migration impacts.
• Working familiarity with the Salesforce, ServiceNow and Snowflake ecosystem and enterprise reporting concepts.
• Strong capability in requirements gathering, stakeholder mapping, report inventory structuring, and business-impact analysis.
• Experience defining business requirements, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios, decision logs, and traceability.
• Proficiency with Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence/SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and reporting/data documentation practices.

• Highly organized and structured, capable of coordinating multiple stakeholders and activities within a fast-paced discovery engagement.
• Strong client-facing facilitation skills, able to engage report owners and drive timely decisions.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, translating business needs clearly for architects, engineers, and reporting analysts.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing scope while maintaining focus on priorities and business outcomes.
• Risk-aware and outcome-focused, ensuring critical reporting and downstream processes are not disrupted during transition.

Required Qualifications:

• 5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in data, reporting, CRM/ITSM, or enterprise transformation programs.
