  • Drive resolution of data-quality concerns, process gaps, and outstanding dependencies, escalating issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare executive-level status reports, milestone updates, risk assessments, decision requests, and filing-readiness summaries.
  • Provide leadership with regular updates on project progress, risks, decisions, and required actions.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen project governance, internal controls, procedures, stakeholder engagement, and reporting efficiency.
  • Lead post-filing reviews, lessons-learned sessions, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
Reporting Program Manager Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance, risk management, issue resolution, and change control.
  • Experience developing and managing integrated project plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, and executive-level reporting.
  • Ability to drive accountability and deliver results in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
  • Experience coordinating testing, implementation, production deployment, and business-readiness activities.
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
  • Self-directed leadership style with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration across diverse teams.
