Frontline Source Group's client seeks an experienced Reporting Program Manager for a 4-month contract in Dallas, TX to lead the enterprise 1099 reporting program, coordinating finance, tax, tech, operations, and vendors.

You will manage governance, timelines, dependencies, risk, testing, and filing readiness, while driving process improvements and executive status reporting. The role demands strong cross-functional leadership and 7+ years of PM experience.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven success coordinating enterprise-wide projects with multiple stakeholders and vendors.
• Strong PM methodologies, governance, risk, and change control.

Aufgaben

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of the annual 1099 reporting program.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities across finance, technology, tax, operations, vendors, and business units.
• Establish governance, communication protocols, escalation paths, issue-management processes, and reporting standards.
• Facilitate meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions to ensure alignment.
• Identify risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and action items, and drive remediation.
• Communicate requirements and deadlines to participating units and ensure filing readiness.
• Coordinate testing cycles, vendor file exchanges, and filing-readiness reviews.
