Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Assist customers by locating products and providing solutions.
• Operate a fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling.
• Support store tasks including stocking and planograms.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store appearance and in-stock condition through recovery and returns handling.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs.
