Sutherland is seeking Sports Specialists to support fans on our digital sports platforms from home, delivering exceptional customer service and acting as brand ambassadors. You will help fans stream games, create accounts, and navigate features while staying knowledgeable about sports and products we offer.

Ideal candidates have strong English communication, a year of customer service experience, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced remote setting.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer service over written and spoken channels.
• Strong understanding of sports and fan expectations.
• Ability to navigate digital platforms and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Create best-in-class experiences for fans contacting us.
• Educate fans to accomplish tasks (stream a game, create accounts, etc.).
• Resolve fan inquiries using available tools and resources.
• Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
