PA Housing is seeking four proactive Repairs Coordinators to join our Responsive Repairs team in Surrey. This permanent, full-time role offers 35 hours per week with a hybrid pattern—2 days remote.

You will provide vital admin support to ensure repairs and maintenance requests are managed efficiently while delivering excellent customer service at every stage. Applicants will work with residents, contractors and colleagues to keep homes safe and comfortable.

This role is about more than administration. It's about helping residents get the support they need and playing an important part in delivering a responsive and reliable repairs service. This is an entry level role with full training provided.
