Christy Sports is seeking a Rental Technician in Utah to help guests gear up, feel comfortable, and gain confidence before they hit the slopes. Bring your passion for skiing or snowboarding, love of helping people, and knowledge of the sport to deliver best-in-class guest service.

You’ll fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles, pass binding tests, share gear knowledge, and troubleshoot issues. Join a team that values energy, teamwork, and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused and able to communicate clearly in English.
• Enjoy skiing or snowboarding and can learn quickly.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with energy and enthusiasm, creating a fun shop experience.
• Fit boots, skis, snowboards, and poles for customers.
• Pass binding certification tests to become a certified safety expert
• Share knowledge of gear and mountain culture to guide equipment choices.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and provide technical solutions.
• Other duties may be assigned.
