Job summary

Uline, a family-owned leader in shipping, packaging, and industrial materials, is seeking a Repair Technician at our Wisconsin Distribution Center. You will repair products returned by customers, provide expert guidance on product use, troubleshoot issues, and support other departments with repair-related requests.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent (bachelor's preferred) and 2+ years in customer support; electrical/mechanical experience is a plus.

• Electrical and mechanical experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of customer support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair products returned by customers including packaging tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support to customers via email and phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Act as a resource for other departments, answering questions and supporting repair-related needs.
• Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.

Hours:

Monday - Friday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM.

• Provide technical support to our customers through email and over the phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Act as a resource for departments, answering questions and supporting their repair-related needs.
• Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior electrical and mechanical experience a plus.
• 2+ years of customer support experience a plus.
