Job summary

Uline, a family-owned company and North America's leading distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, seeks a Repair Technician at our Wisconsin Distribution Center in Pleasant Prairie. You will repair products, guide proper use, and troubleshoot issues to keep customers’ operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Electrical and mechanical experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of customer support experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair products returned by customers including packaging tools and equipment.
• Provide technical support to our customers through email and over the phone, offering solutions to prevent unnecessary product returns.
• Act as a resource for departments, answering questions and supporting their repair-related needs.
• Coordinate parts and estimates for repairs.

Minimum Requirements
