Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, seeks a Repair Representative to assist customers with emergency needs including tows, rentals, and repair coordination. This role operates 100% remotely from the Charlotte area, with hours Mon–Fri 8am–8pm EST and a pay range of $17.69–$19.14 per hour USD.

Responsibilities include negotiating repair costs, ensuring timely payments, and coordinating with glass vendors and tow facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Minimum 1 year of administration experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• Bachelor's or Associate's Automotive Degree in Collision Repair or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field calls to assist customers with emergency needs including tows, rentals, and physical damage coordination.
• Analyze and negotiate repair time and parts prices with glass vendors and tow facilities to ensure accurate and cost effective repairs.
• Ensure payment of vehicle repairs and parts invoices in a timely manner.
• Request and review tax and business certificates to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Work closely with all Risk Management teams to achieve and maintain department expectations and goals.
• Assist Claims Support Coordinators as needed for call-backs and follow-ups.

The Repair Representative is responsible for assisting customers with emergency needs in terms of tow, rental, glass and physical damage repair coordination. The Repair Representative obtains, evaluates, analyzes, negotiates and monitors tow, rental and glass repairs and assists with coordination of body/mechanical repairs as needed.

This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Charlotte Metropolitan area. Our department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 8 am - 8 pm EST.

The pay range for this position is $17.69 - $19.14 per hour USD. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications include:

• Must reside in the Charlotte Metropolitan area
• Minimum of (1) one year or more of customer service experience
• Minimum of (1) one year or more of administration experience
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
• Automotive repair experience preferred
• Bachelor's Degree or Associate's Automotive Degree in Collision Repair or similar field preferred
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
• Must have the ability to meet all work from home technical requirements

Work from Home (WFH) Requirements:

• Must have reliable and consistent high-speed internet access provided by a terrestrial cable or fiber provider (no DSL or satellite)
• High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb is required. Connection latency must be less than 100ms. (Please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/ )
