Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking a Repair Representative to assist customers with emergency tow, rental, glass and damage repair coordination from a home-based position in the Charlotte metro area.

Responsibilities include negotiating repair costs with vendors, ensuring timely payment of invoices, and coordinating with risk management and claims teams. The role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8 am to 8 pm EST, with a pay range of $17.69–$19.14 per hour USD.

Qualifications

• Minimum of (1) one year or more of customer service experience.
• Minimum of (1) one year or more of administration experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Automotive repair experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Automotive Degree in Collision Repair or similar field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Field calls to assist customers with emergency needs including tows, rentals, and physical damage coordination
• Analyze and negotiate repair time and parts prices with glass vendors and tow facilities to ensure accurate and cost effective repairs
• Ensure payment of vehicle repairs and parts invoices in a timely manner
• Request and review tax and business certificates to ensure compliance with company requirements.
• Work closely with all Risk Management teams to achieve and maintain department expectations and goals
• Assist Claims Support Coordinators as needed for call-backs and follow-ups

The Repair Representative is responsible for assisting customers with emergency needs in terms of tow, rental, glass and physical damage repair coordination. The Repair Representative obtains, evaluates, analyzes, negotiates and monitors tow, rental and glass repairs and assists with coordination of body/mechanical repairs as needed.

This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Charlotte Metropolitan area. Our department operates between the hours of Monday through Friday 8 am - 8 pm EST.

The pay range for this position is $17.69 - $19.14 per hour USD. Pay within the range will be determined based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance, time in position, and business or organizational needs.
