You will evaluate, troubleshoot, test, and support the repair of WEG drives, soft starters, motors, and related equipment, serving as a technical resource for repair quotations and lifecycle service solutions. You will collaborate with customers, engineering, field service, manufacturing, and sales to deliver high-quality repair solutions that maximize reliability and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2+ years in industrial automation or repair operations.
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
• Experience troubleshooting drives, motors, and power electronics.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, test, and troubleshoot WEG drives, soft starters, motors, and related equipment.
• Prepare repair quotations and identify replacement parts.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Field Service, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain repair records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement in repair quality and turnaround time.
