Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive phone calls and emails from external & internal customers and respond promptly.
• Manage multiple project inquiries and quotations.
• Assist customers with assembly, sizing and product selection requirements.
• Attend required training; participate in an after-hours and weekend On-Call rotation.
• Accurately complete quotes, order entries and purchase orders.
• Build and cultivate solid relationships with customers.
• Remain alert and aware of surroundings at all times, regardless of location.
• Some travel may be required.
• This job is demanding in terms of knowledge, skills, commitment and all other job-related qualifications; urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.

• Receive phone calls and emails from external & internal customers which must be handled on a timely basis. Information handled will typically include RFQ’s, technical assistance/support, equipment manufacturer support, technical product support, delivery expediting, etc.
