The ideal candidate has experience in mortgage servicing or REO operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and servicing systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage servicing, REO operations, title review, foreclosure, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and servicing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify foreclosure deed recordings and enter recording information accurately.
• Research and enter tax information using online tax resources and servicing systems.
• Enter title data accurately and track submissions with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain complete and accurate records across systems and ensure data integrity.
• Analyze title-related information with high accuracy and meet timelines.
