Full Potential Solutions (FPS) is seeking an REO Title Coordinator to support Real Estate Owned operations. You will ensure accurate title-related data management, verify deed recording, conduct tax research, and follow up on title reports to support efficient loan resolution processes.

The role emphasizes data integrity, collaboration with internal teams, and continuous process improvements to meet service levels and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage servicing, REO operations, title review, foreclosure, or related field preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and servicing systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Verify deed recordings and enter recording information accurately.
• Research and input tax information and resolve discrepancies.
• Enter title data and follow up with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain complete and accurate records across systems.
• Analyze title information with high accuracy and meet timelines.
• Provide operational support to internal partners and respond to requests.
• Identify process improvements to reduce delays and improve turnaround times.
