Job summary

Selene Finance LP is seeking an REO Eviction Coordinator to oversee eviction and occupancy resolution for foreclosed properties. You will coordinate with eviction attorneys, field agents, and vendors, manage CFK programs, review inspections, and ensure compliance with investor guidelines.

Responsibilities include tracking milestones, maintaining documentation, and coordinating with investors and clients for timely access and possession actions, while escalating issues as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in REO, foreclosure, default servicing, eviction coordination, or property preservation.
• Knowledge of foreclosure, eviction, and post-sale timelines and requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume portfolio while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the REO eviction process, including legal evictions and CFK programs, in accordance with investor and client guidelines.
• Review inspection results for vacancies and ensure PPE tasks are launched per state requirements.
• Communicate with field agents and vendors regarding tasks and confirmations, including lockout and preservation.
• Monitor asset inspections, address overdue tasks, and maintain regular updates with eviction attorneys.
• Track eviction milestones and maintain eviction documentation (NTQ, NTV, court filings, possession documents).
• Coordinate and negotiate CFK offers with occupants per investor guidelines; ensure redemption timelines are observed.
