• Experience working with community-based partners.

• Able to use multiple databases simultaneously.

• Caseload of 20+ clients.
• Knowledge of trauma-informed care principles in human services.
• Able to communicate kindly and professionally with public (phone, in person, email).
• Attention to detail.
• Strong time management.
• Thrives in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
