Save The Family Foundation of Arizona is seeking a diligent Case Manager to support families in locating and securing rental housing, completing required paperwork, and coordinating service plans. You will work with clients to set goals, navigate housing programs, and connect them with community resources.

The role requires driving to job sites, maintaining client confidentiality, and partnering with the team to monitor progress and compliance with service plans. Bilingual skills are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High School or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred or five years related field experience.
• Strong cultural competence for diverse communities and settings.
• Proficient in grammar and spelling; fluent in English (reading/writing).
• Must have valid Arizona driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record.
• Fingerprint Clearance Card or eligibility for Level One in Arizona.
• Eligible to work in the United States; flexible hours with evenings and some Saturdays.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing case management to help families secure permanent housing and related resources.
• Meet clients regularly; complete assessments and service plans within program timelines.
• Collaborate with supervisors to stay within program budgets and approved items.
• Identify referrals and assist in obtaining paperwork for housing programs.
• Maintain client files with accuracy and generate program reports as required.
• Coordinate move-ins/move-outs and communicate progress to the team.
