Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a seasonal rental technician to provide our guests with a high level of service through proper maintenance, adjustment, and instruction of all rental equipment.

This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities available, compensated at $20.00/hr. You will interact with guests, follow rental procedures, instruct on equipment use, and maintain a safe, orderly workstation; evenings, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must pass the binding manufacturer exam.

Responsibilities

• Constant interaction with the guests, while maintaining a courteous and professional attitude.
• Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver is accurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis.
• Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment.
• Must maintain a safe, healthy and orderly workstation.
• General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort.
• Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment.
• Additional duties as assigned.
