Stratton is hiring for Seasonal Retail Associates to deliver outstanding customer service while assisting guests with merchandise selection. Roles are seasonal full-time and part-time, with a wage of $20.00 per hour. Recruitment continues through December and benefits align with employee type.

Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, and strong communication and computer skills help you excel in this fast-paced environment on the mountain.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy and good communication abilities.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers in finding the right product for their needs.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash and operate computer systems correctly.
• Merchandise the store as directed by leadership.
• Answer phones per Stratton standards.
• Follow opening and closing procedures for the location.

POSITION SUMMARY The Retail Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service, while selling merchandise. The Retail Associate will contribute to the customer experience, ensuring each customer leaves satisfied. Seasonal full-time and part-time positions available through out our retail portfolio. This role is compensated at $20.00/hour. Recruitment for this role will be ongoing through December.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Assist the customer in finding the right product for their needs and desires
• Accurately and efficiently completing customer transactions
• Accurate cash handling and computer procedures
• Merchandising the store as directed by manager, supervisor or lead
• Answer the telephone according to Stratton’s telephone standard
• Follow daily opening & closing procedures for your location
• Participate in all retail/rental & corporate training programs
• Know the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a whole
• Continually exceed our guests’ expectations and create memories for both guests & employees

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 16+ years of age
• Previous retail, or customer service experience, preferred
• Strong computer literacy
• Self-motivated
• Strong communication, and organizational skills

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

• This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
