Alterra’s Stratton resort is hiring a Seasonal Equipment Rental Attendant to deliver high‑level service and assist guests with rentals.

You will ensure proper rental procedures, verify waivers and DINs, and instruct guests on equipment use while maintaining a safe work area. The role offers seasonal full/part-time hours with a $20.00/hr wage and rich employee perks.

• No experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must pass the binding manufacturer exam.

• Follow rental procedures and verify waiver info, scanned equipment, and DINs for skis.

POSITIONSUMMARY

To provide our customers witha high levelof service, that includes proper maintenance,adjustment,and instruction of all rental equipment. This is a seasonal position with full-time and part-time opportunities available, compensated at $20.00/hr.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Constant interaction with the guests, whilemaintaininga courteous and professional attitude
• Ensure proper rental procedures are followed with each guest; confirm information on waiver isaccurate, equipment is all scanned, and DINs are set correctly to skis
• Instruct customers in the correct use of the equipment
• Mustmaintaina safe,healthyand orderly workstation
• General knowledge of Stratton Mountain Resort
• Basic repairs and tuning on all rental equipment
• Additional duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE,SKILLAND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS
