Job summary

Stratton Mountain Resort is seeking a Retail Associate for seasonal positions within our retail portfolio. The role involves providing excellent customer service while selling merchandise and contributing to the customer experience. Seasonal full-time and part-time positions are available; this role is compensated at $20.00/hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Self-motivated with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in finding products and desires.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Accurate cash handling and computer procedures.
• Merchandise the store as directed by manager, supervisor or lead.
• Answer the telephone according to Stratton's telephone standard.
• Follow daily opening & closing procedures for your location.
• Participate in all retail/rental & corporate training programs.
• Know the product and services offered in your location as well as other Retail/Rental locations and the Resort as a whole.
• Continually exceed our guests' expectations and create memories for both guests & employees.
